Choosing to breastfeed your child is one of the best decisions you can make to contribute to your child's wellbeing. I'm sure you're probably nervous about what to expect after hearing horror stories from mums who have breastfed. I get it, breastfeeding is hard, but so is childbirth and you did it! Just like anything else, preparation is key and having breastfeeding education prenatally increases your chance of success along your breastfeeding journey. My goal is to make sure that you are comfortable with basics of breastfeeding before your baby's first feed. This Virtual Breastfeeding Class is intended to help expectant and new parents get a start to feeding their baby and doing so confidently! In this course, you will learn how your body makes milk, how your partner can affect your milk supply, determine if your baby is eating enough, getting a good latch, how your lifestyle impacts breastfeeding and so much more. In addition, you'll receive an electronic Breastfeeding Handbook that will serve as reference material as it contains additional information to give you more in depth information about the topics discussed.
