As your birth coach (doula) my mission is to provide compassionate sisterly wisdom, help illuminate your vision for the birth and to guide you through your journey as you transition into motherhood.

My goal is to offer unrelenting support to you and your family before and after birth. I will remain close and provide continuous support to ensure that you and your birth team can work together and ensure you receive family centered care. With my education and prenatal prep, you will be prepared for all unexpected circumstances as you will be able to make informed decisions with evidence based information. And when you feel like yelling out “I CAN’T DO THIS!”, your support team (who ill prepare) will be able to navigate you through comfort techniques, and motivating you as you run that marathon to meet your precious baby.
